To celebrate Morgan Stanley’s global position and highly professional service culture, the design of the Sydney office was not only intended to accommodate a place to work and meet but also a place to entertain, experience and showcase one of the most picturesque harbours in the world.
Recommitting to their lease at Chifley Tower after ten years, Morgan Stanley's existing fitout required extensive infrastructure and workplace upgrade to maintain its competitive advantage as an employer of choice.
The 3,900m 2 project located in the upper levels of Chifley Tower in Sydney's CBD included new front-of-house client spaces, internal stair link, 70 person dealing floor and general office areas. This major construction and refurbishment undertaking was carried out whilst the Client was in occupancy and was completed in December 2007.
